There has been a lot of talk about impeachment, but I do not think Obama should be impeached.
Please don't misunderstand, he deserves to be impeached and tried for treason for supporting our enemies and laundering our tax dollars. Our president has consistently bet on the wrong horse over and over again: selling tanks to the Muslim Brotherhood, supporting Al Quaida in Syria, and selling arms to Mexican drug lords.
He deserves to be impeached for bypassing congress, for not enforcing laws and creating yet others without the power to do so. He really deserves impeachment, and I really wish we could remove him in shame. The problem is, our country doesn't have any shame left to bestow upon him.
The reason that I don't support impeachment is because most people still don't have a clue what's going on. If impeached there may be enough of a protest vote coupled with those who will vote to have "the first women president" that we may end up with someone just as radical. The Democrat party is at its core hard left and will find another Obama but this time female. Low information voters who don't understand how the world works will vote superficially again not understanding that policy does matter.
I think we have to ride it out to the next presidential election. The Republicans should keep their heads low, get control of the Senate and then nullify Obama's presidency until he leaves office. The low information voters then can be used to our advantage since they won't understand the intricacies of politics only knowing the country has fallen apart under Obama. Hopefully voters will then be more likely to choose a candidate on his qualifications instead of his ability to make history. Then we will have our best chance to put a conservative in office for this first time since Reagan.
